Sir
Lawerence of Laraway
FACC's FIRST resident feline.
"I'm sure I don't need any
introduction, however, if I must -
my name is Sir Lawerence of
Laraway. (Larry
for short). I was
this hospital's very first patient! One of our clients found me
as a stray
with a lot of problems. I was very skinny, had an
upset stomach and was found to be diabetic. All these problems
needed a lot of special attention so Dr. Zeleny decided that
I could become their first resident housecat. Since that time my
diabetes has been cured, I obviously am no longer underweight
and enjoy many kinds of snacks that the girls give me at lunch time -
especially anything with spaghetti sauce (my favorite).
Since I am
the ruler of all the "resident pets", you will notice that
nobody messes with me. They are fearful of the wrath of Sir
Lawerence.
(Not really, but I DO like to pretend). Please feel free to stop by
and meet me - and all of my loyal subjects - anytime!"

Kramer
FACC's Handsome Hunk
"Hello everyone! My
name is Kramer and I am the FACC resident
"Special-Needs Cat". I was lucky enough that Dr. Zeleny took a special
liking to me 2 1/2 years ago when my previous owner needed to find
a home for me due to her new job. That wasn't an easy task because I
required special medication to prevent me from having seizures.
Dr. Zeleny and his staff are great and I really like all of my
housemates (although it's obvious I'm the four-footed favorite!).
I suppose it's my natural handsome looks and big green eyes
that wins over ALL the girls!"

Tilt
FACC's resident official
"Greeter Cat"
"My name is Tilt
and I am one of FACC's resident felines. I love to
spend my days greeting the clients, eating any treats that I can find
and trying to quietly break into the many available food bags that
are within my reach! (I ususally enjoy blaming Larry
for this trick...).
If you're wondering how I got my name, just come in one day and
take a good look at me head-on - I'm tilted to the left side due to a
farming accident that caused some head trauma.
Thank goodness my previous owner decided to bring me to
FACC. They decided to let Dr. Zeleny keep me because I required a
lot of special care during the first few months after my accident
...and the rest is, as they say, history!"
